Eskişehir is a culturally and artistically vibrant city with a wide range of art institutions and cultural facilities. Symphony orchestras operate under Anadolu University and the Metropolitan Municipality. Each year, the International Eskişehir Festival brings the city to life with exhibitions and performances in music, theatre, visual arts, and cinema.
In addition, national and international events, as well as cultural and artistic activities, are held throughout the year with the support of the Eskişehir Governorship, local municipalities, three major universities (Anadolu University, ESOGÜ, and ESTÜ), and various non-governmental organizations.
